Position Title: PLM Solutions Consultant, CNC Programmer

Position Location: Southfield, MI, Brunswick, OH, Bellevue, WA, Alpharetta, GA.

Responsibilities: To perform NC programming assignments for customers

Activities and duties:

Solution Development and Delivery:

  • Provides CATIA V5 NC programming assistance for 3, 4 and 5 axis milling machines.
  • Provides design and/or manufacturing methodology guidance to customers.
  • Provides mentoring and other support services for customers.
  • Understands standard product development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

    • Project Execution:

  • Understands project and development plans and is able to clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timelines
  • Establishes responsible deadlines and personal work plans.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, required. DS certification a plus.

    Skills and qualifications:

    The successful candidate will become part of a small, highly dynamic and fast moving team, and should be self-motivated, have a great attitude and able to work on his or her own initiative. He/she should be a quick learner, able to solve problems and challenge existing assumptions. Thinking out of the box is an integral part of the position.

  • Good experience with fundamentals of CATIA V5
  • Familiarity with ENOVIA solutions a plus.
  • Experience with CATIA VBA programming is a plus.
  • Will need the ability to travel domestically to customer sites for up to 50% of the time.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, local as well as remote
  • Advanced organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
