Position Title: PLM Solutions Consultant-CATIA Support

Position Location: Atlanta, GA; Southfield, MI; Cleveland, OH; Bellevue, WA and Costa Mesa, CA

Responsibilities: Providing support and implementation services to our PLM customers.

Activities and duties:

Solution Development and Delivery:

  • Provides PLM software installation and configuration services.
  • Work on problems reported by the customer and help solve issues in a timely manner
  • Interfaces with Dassault Systems to order licenses, report product defects and deliver fixes to the customer
  • Understands standard systems development lifecycle processes and applies our methodology effectively on client engagements.
  • Applies knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.

    • Project Execution:

  • Strong familiarity with usage of CATIA V4, CATIA V5, and ENOVIA brand of products.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering is required. MS in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering or Computer Science, a plus. DS certification, a plus.

    Skills and qualifications:

    The successful candidate will become part of a small, highly dynamic and fast moving team, and should be self-motivated, have a great attitude and able to work on his or her own initiative. He/she should be a quick learner, able to solve problems and challenge existing assumptions. Thinking out of the box is an integral part of the position.

  • Experience working with 3D CAD Systems including CATIA (3+ years)
  • Experience working with document management systems like SmarTeam, ENOVIA VPM and LCA (1+ year).
  • Familiar with engineering and manufacturing domains.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
  • Knowledge of Data Management and Configuration Management principles
  • Ability to work in a teamwork environment, locally as well as remote
  • Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies
  • Advanced organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills

    • This position may require up to 50% domestic travel.
