Easy-to-Use Mapping for the Insurance Industry

PinPoint is a mapping product developed specifically for the insurance industry to facilitate assessment
of risk and exposure, understand the geographic extent of policy coverage, and manage claims
activities. The software was developed in concert with the experts of the Property Loss Research
Bureau (PLRB) to best suit the needs of its members and automatically harness the information
collected and distributed by PLRB to those firms.

PinPoint includes the following data sets and functionality:

• Detailed natural hazard data for the entire US, including earthquake risk, historic hurricane and
  tornado paths, landslide potential, and others
• The most accurate and complete street database of the US
• Demographic information
• Geocoding tools that allow precise location of most policy data
• Query and analysis functions to accurately identify policies impacted by major events
• Export of data to Excel or other applications for further analysis

PinPoint was developed entirely by TechniGraphics  to serve a focused user community. It is not
dependant on third-party software modules and operates very efficiently with an intuitive user
interface.
